Ingredients

  • 1 no Chicken Breast

  • 4-5 no Garlic cloves

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

  • 1 cup Blanched chopped tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion

  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped celery

  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon Zest

  • Thyme fresh

  • Chopped Parsley

  • Salt, crushed pepper

  • Little sugar

Directions

  • Bring the chicken breast, washed well, and strain it. Marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper, chopped thyme, garlic, and chopped parsley. Marinate well, keep in a chiller for 15 to 20 minutes at least.

  • Before grilling the chicken, you have to make the tomato pepper sauce, which is served with the chicken breast recipe. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, celery, and garlic, stir well until it softened.

    Then add chopped blanched tomatoes, cooked well with adding one cup of hot water for 10 to 15 minutes. Season with salt, sugar, and crushed pepper.
  • Remove the marinated chicken from the chiller.

    Preheat your grill before you start grilling.

    Brush the skin of the chicken with olive oil and season with little salt and pepper before grilling.

    Grill over medium-high heat until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit (75 degrees Celsius).

  • After done remove the chicken, and transfer it to a serving plate, with tomato pepper sauce. Garnish with a sprig of thyme.
  • Served hot.
